A Word about Pricing:

We are not a lumber yard.  However, we do have a wide selection of boards of various species, widths, thicknesses & lengths that have been milled & kiln dried for sale.  We also have a variety of wide, thick, live edge slabs for tables, countertops or bar tops.

Our mission is to produce lumber to your specific needs.  Pricing for finished lumber is dependent upon many factors: species, dimension, quantity, etc. We customize your order and therefore customize your pricing as well.

For services however, you can use the following guidelines.

Milling and Rough Cut:     $100-110/hour depending on which mill is used

Kiln Drying:      Seventy-five cents (.75) per board foot (*)

(*) A board foot is defined as 12″ wide,  12″ long,  1″  thick.
